MALAGA, SPAIN
The distinctiveness of this project arose from the mix of uses within one single space. The central common spaces are organised in such a way as to enable its use both as a private clinic and as an architecture studio.
The walls serve as a large working whiteboard for drawing on, with a magnetic surface that allows plans to be affixed. The minimalist lines and use of white promote workers’ concentration on the task in hand, and the warmth of the LED lighting offsets the coolness of the spaces.
