A penthouse located in the growing Soho area in which the new distribution is designed around a central, open-plan space which the other spaces – kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms – open onto.
To integrate the kitchen and the entrance hall into the central space, two wooden box structures where constructed which occupy part of this space, connecting them both visually and functionally.
Another of the distinguishing features of this project is the possibility of including movable partition walls in order to divide the central space and convert it into a small art gallery.
