PANAMA
In tropical climates, architecture must respond to the conditions of extreme humidity using systems which aid natural ventilation and increase the comfort of the occupants. Within these parameters, we have designed a series of homes which take maximum advantage of the Venturi effect in order to cool the air and reduce humidity.
Among these different types of homes, the pleat geometry of the Accordion model contrasts with the clean lines of the Essential model. In both designs, however, open-plan interiors predominate, which blend seamlessly with the exterior.
An important element in this series of homes is the wood latticework integrated into the design to reduce solar radiation but which permits a constant cross-flow of air.
